            In short: Travel With Me is an educational app for children. We show no ads, sell no data and never track your children. Your family's privacy is sacred.
        

1. Who are we?

Travel With Me is an educational mobile travel app designed for children ages 3 to 17, together with their parents. The app offers an AI companion (Ody), tailor-made educational programmes and smart travel itineraries.

2. Data we collect

Parent data:

Email address (for authentication)
Preferred language

Children's data:

First name (to personalise the experience)
Age / date of birth (to adapt the content)
Educational progress (completed modules, quizzes)
Conversations with Ody (the AI companion)

Travel data:

Chosen destinations
Travel dates
Generated itineraries

3. Data we DO NOT collect

            We never collect:
            Precise location (GPS)
Photos (stored locally only)
Phone contacts
Advertising identifiers
Any biometric data

        

4. How we use the data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Personalise educational content based on the child's age
Generate travel itineraries tailored to your family
Allow Ody to respond in a relevant way
Save educational progress

5. Artificial intelligence

Conversations with Ody are processed by AI models (Claude by Anthropic, OpenAI). This data:

Is used only to generate responses
Is never used to train the models
Travels in encrypted form
Is filtered by a multi-layer, age-appropriate safety system

6. Parental consent

In compliance with GDPR-K and COPPA:

A parent account is required to create child profiles
The parent manages and controls all of their children's data
A parental PIN protects access to sensitive settings
The parent can enable or disable internet access for each child

7. Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, all data is wiped within 30 days.

8. Rights of parents and children

At any time, you can:

Access all of your children's data
Export the data in a digital format
Delete a child profile or the entire account
Edit information at any time

9. Advertising and tracking

            Zero ads. Zero tracking. Zero data sales.

            We show no advertising, integrate no third-party trackers and never sell or share your data for commercial purposes. Ever.

10. Security

Data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
Secure authentication
Restricted data access (Row Level Security)
Multi-layer AI content filtering

11. Subprocessors

We work with trusted partners, strictly necessary for the service to function:

Supabase (EU) — hosting and database
Anthropic / OpenAI (US) — AI conversation processing
RevenueCat — subscription management
