Terms & Conditions of Use

1. About the service

Travel With Me is a premium educational mobile app designed for travelling families. It offers personalised educational programmes, an AI companion (Ody), smart itineraries and keepsake books for children ages 3 to 17.

2. Sign-up and account

• Sign-up is reserved for parents or legal guardians of legal age
• Each parent account can manage multiple child profiles
• The parent is responsible for their children's use of the service
• You agree to provide accurate information

3. Subscription and pricing

• The subscription includes all your children and unlimited trips
• Renewal is automatic unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time from the app settings or via your App Store / Google Play account
• If cancelled, access continues until the end of the paid period
• After cancellation, your account and content (child profiles, trips, journals, keepsake books) are kept. You can sign in again at any time and resume a subscription without losing anything.

4. Using the service

You agree not to:

• Use the service for commercial purposes
• Attempt to bypass parental controls
• Copy, reproduce or redistribute generated content
• Use the AI to generate inappropriate content
• Share your credentials with third parties

5. AI-generated content

The educational programmes, itineraries and Ody's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Although we strive to ensure their quality:

• The content is provided for informational and educational purposes only
• It is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, etc.)
• We cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of every piece of information

6. User-generated content (UGC) — travel journal

The travel journal lets your child (under parental supervision) add photos, drawings, notes and anecdotes. This is qualified as UGC (User-Generated Content).

6.1 — Strictly private

The travel journal is strictly private to your family account. No content is ever public, auto-shared or visible to other users. Travel With Me contains no social features (no public sharing, no feed, no likes, no comments).

6.2 — User commitment "no published child photos"

By using the service, you explicitly commit to:

• Never publish on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.) photos from the travel journal that contain recognizable faces of children
• Never publicly distribute by any other means (blog, press, marketing communications, etc.) the same content
• Limit any sharing of the PDF souvenir book (if you export it) to the strictly family and close circle
• Respect the right to image and privacy of every child depicted

6.3 — Automated moderation

To protect children, all UGC added to the journal passes through our automated moderation pipeline:

• Automatic EXIF metadata removal from photos (geolocation, device info)
• Compliance analysis (detection of obviously inappropriate content)
• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) scan via Cloudflare on every photo upload (coming soon)
• No child content is ever used to train third-party AI models

6.4 — Reporting procedure

If you spot inappropriate content (your own journal or a YouTube video embedded in a lesson), you can report it:

• By email: [email protected] with subject "Report"
• We process reports within 24 business hours
• Any content recognized as inappropriate is removed immediately
• In case of clearly abusive reports, your account may be suspended

6.5 — Content deletion

You can at any time:

• Delete an individual journal entry (long-press on the entry)
• Delete the entire journal of a trip (trip settings)
• Delete a child profile (and all associated data)
• Delete your entire account (settings → Delete my account)

All deletions are effective within 30 days maximum (GDPR).

8. Intellectual property

• The app, its design, Ody and all content are the property of All-in Solution / Travel With Me
• Content generated for your trips is licensed to you on a personal, non-transferable basis
• The keepsake books generated are yours — you are free to print and keep them (subject to § 6.2 if children appear in them)
• Photos, drawings and notes you add to the journal remain your full and exclusive property

9. Limitation of liability

Travel With Me cannot be held liable for:

• Any temporary unavailability of the service
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Decisions made on the basis of the suggested itineraries
• Use of the service by a child without parental supervision
• Publication by the user of their journal content in breach of § 6.2 (full and exclusive responsibility of the user)

10. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Any substantive change will be notified by email and within the app at least 30 days before it takes effect.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the canton of Vaud, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in the European Union (who may seize the courts of their place of residence).
