How does the free trial work?
The trial lasts 7 days, free, no commitment. You get access to every premium feature. Nothing is charged during those 7 days. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at your chosen rate (€29.99/month or €239.99/year).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is 1 click:
- On iPhone/iPad: Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → Travel With Me → Cancel
- On Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Travel With Me → Cancel
You keep access until the end of your paid period.
Does one subscription cover the whole family?
Yes. A single subscription includes all your children and all your trips, with no limit. Plus, we support Apple Family Sharing (up to 6 members).
Can my child use the app alone?
Yes. Kid mode is secured by a parental PIN. Your child can:
- Browse their educational modules
- Chat with Ody (safe, filtered AI)
- Take photos for their journal
They CAN'T access settings, create a trip, or manage the subscription. All of that is reserved for the parent behind the PIN.
Does the app work without internet?
Right now (v1.0) the app needs an internet connection to generate AI content. Full offline mode (download before departure) is coming in v1.1 (~6 weeks after launch).
How do I delete my account?
Two options:

Is Ody's AI safe for my child?
Yes. Ody runs through a
5-layer safety pipeline:
- System prompts with strict guardrails
- Secondary AI classifier on every response
- Static blocklist of inappropriate keywords
- Prompt injection filtering
- In-app parental reporting
No child data is ever used to train AI models.
Which languages are supported?
V1.0: French, English, Spanish, German. Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Chinese are coming in Phase 2.
How many destinations are available?
Every destination in the world. The AI generates content on demand. 20 popular destinations are pre-loaded for an instant start (Paris, London, Rome, Barcelona, Tokyo, New York, and more).
Does the app show ads?
Never. No ads, no third-party trackers, no child data sold. It's a founding conviction of Travel With Me.
How do I report a bug or issue?

- A screenshot if possible
We reply within 24 business hours.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google:
Contact us if the platform refuses and you feel your request is legitimate.
